Three years later, I am in seoul, yeah finally, I did it.
It was a rainy afternoon. I didn’t take my umbrella with me, and it wasn’t a big deal since I love walking under the rain and get wet. It gives me a feeling of some kind of purity I cannot find elsewhere.
I walked for a long time, Hugged seoul’s sky full of clouds, and my chest was as fresh as the wind that was flying around me like beautiful butterflies. I won’t have such a feeling anywhere but Korea, I know it. I belong to there even if I have no family in this country.
Korean people are awesome! I couldn’t hope for such kind a behavior and good manners… They are full of life, and so am I when I am with them.
Tired of walking, I took the bus back to my house… A little Hannok with a cheerful garden around..
I took a sit near the window and watched the walkers moving away from me. Peaceful ride on the streets… not like the usual noisy drives… At all.
suddenly, my eyes get attracted to a guy who was trying to cross the road. He was very tall and had the most dark hair I could ever see. His skin was brown and his hair lied savagely around his nick.
while turning my looks away from him, I noticed that he was staring too.. I looked at him surprised… and so was he! what an embarrassing situation! I smiled … My smile was awkward, I know that… I noticed him running to catch the bus and jumped into it when it stopped.
I was a little bit afraid, especially when he sit by my side. He was smiling, Looking straight ahead … without a word to me. Ouf, I wasn’t in trouble, then.
– Excuse me, he said when I rose to leave.
handing me a little piece of Kleenex, he said:
– you have some 김치* sauce on your lips… I took the bus just to warn you…
-oups… 감사합니다* ! 안녱히규 세요*!
And I left …
what a shame ! what the hell was I thinking !
*김치: kimshi: a korean meal.
